Email support@trypawsy.app with your question or feedback. Please tell us your device model, iOS version and what happened. Never send passwords.

We usually reply within a few days.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. To cancel or change your plan, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Pawsy. You can also manage it from your Apple account in the App Store.

Deleting your Pawsy account does not cancel your subscription; cancel it in your App Store account settings.

Delete your account and data

You can delete your account and all your data inside the app: open Profile and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your pets, checks and uploaded media from our systems.

Important: Pawsy is not a veterinarian

Pawsy is an AI-assisted pre-assessment tool. It is not a veterinarian and does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment. If your pet may be in an emergency, contact a veterinarian or an emergency animal clinic immediately.
